Be a part of it.Job Title: CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist and Medical DirectorService and location: Cygnet Hospital Bury Forestwood, BuryProfessionally Accountable to: Regional Medical DirectorManagerially Responsible to: Hospital ManagerSalary: Up to £187,000 per yearWe are seeking an experienced full-time CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist and Medical Director who will work at Cygnet Hospital Bury Forestwood and provide senior medical cover on Buttercup ward, our our 8 bedded CAMHS PICU service for young people aged 12-18 with severe mental illness.The post holder will be the Responsible Clinician and will oversee and maintain the care of all ward inpatients as required and will also have responsibility for auditing the medical services rendered at the ward and ensuring their good quality in accordance to GMC standards of good medical practice and other relevant professional guidelines. Apart from being the Responsible Clinician at Buttercup ward, you will also be the Medical Director for Cygnet Bury Forestwood. The Hospital offers CAMHS Tier 4 PICU, General Acute and Low Secure services across four wards which provide a defined treatment pathway from admission through to intervention and discharge including rapid assessment and treatment.This is a full-time position with 0.2 WTE as Medical Director and 0.8 WTE ..... full job details .....
