This role involves undertaking visits to foster carers across Cambridgeshire, with office attendance required approximately 2-3 times per month at: 5 George Street, Huntingdon, PE29 3AD Key Responsibilities Provide professional support, guidance, and supervision to foster carers, promoting best practice and positive outcomes for children and young people. Conduct regular visits to foster homes and undertake assessments, reviews, and statutory visits in line with legislation and local policy. Build and maintain effective working relationships with foster carers, looked-after children, birth families, and partner agencies.
