You will be responsible for creating efficient CNC programs, validating manufacturing strategies, and supporting production teams to achieve exceptional quality, repeatability, and throughput.Working alongside machinists, engineers, and software developers, you will play a critical role in building one of the most advanced and digitally connected manufacturing facilities in the UK.The ideal candidate combines strong CAM expertise with a passion for precision engineering, continuous improvement, and data-driven manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate, simulate, verify, and optimise CNC programs across a range of machine tools.Develop machining strategies for complex, high-precision components.Select tooling, workholding, cutting parameters, and machining methods to maximise efficiency and quality.Support first article prove-outs and process validation activities.Continuously improve cycle times, machine utilisation, and manufacturing performance.Design and refine fixturing and setup strategies to improve repeatability.Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from design review through to production ..... full job details .....
