Call Handler Social Housing Location: Crawley Monday Friday 08 00 £12.80 per hour excluding holiday pay £14.43 per hour including holiday pay £17.00 per hour Umbrella Temp-to-Perm Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Call Handler to join a busy repairs and maintenance team within the social housing sector. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who is confident handling a high volume of calls and enjoys helping customers resolve their queries. Key Responsibilities: Handling a high volume of inbound calls from residents and customers Dealing with repairs and maintenance enquiries Logging and updating customer information accurately Booking and arranging repairs appointments Liaising with residents, operatives and contractors Handling queries and resolving issues professionally Providing excellent customer service at all times Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records About You: Previous Call Handler, Customer Service or Contact Centre experience Strong communication and telephone skills Confident dealing with customers and resolving queries Good administration and organisational skills Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment Previous social housing, repairs or maintenance experience is desirable What''s on Offer: Monday Friday, 08 00 £12.80 per hour + holiday pay £14.43 per hour including holiday pay £17.00 per hour Umbrella Temp-to-perm opportunity Full-time office-based role ..... full job details .....
