What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, turning enquiries into sales
- Matching customers with the right storage solutions and upselling additional services
- Building strong relationships and delivering a standout customer experience
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email with confidence and professionalism
- Accurately logging all activity on the CRM system
- Processing bookings and securing deposits
- Working towards targets and maximising your commission earnings
- Supporting nearby sites when needed
- At least 2 years’ experience in a call centre or sales environment
- A confident communicator who knows how to close a deal
- Target-driven with a strong desire to earn commission
- Resilient, positive, and able to perform under pressure
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- £27,053 basic salary
