The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, responding to enquiries, and arranging appointments for the field-based sales team. Key Responsibilities• Handle inbound customer enquiries in a professional and engaging manner.• Contact prospective customers following marketing campaigns, website enquiries and existing lead sources.• Qualify customer requirements and book appointments for the sales team.• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs through effective questioning.• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems accordingly.• Send relevant information and literature to customers when required.• Achieve individual and team performance targets.• Manage follow-up activity to maximise appointment conversion rates.• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every customer interaction.
