Senior Scheduler - Lead Engineer PlannerManchester (Whitefield)A UK Manufacturer of renewable heating products, are seeking a Senior Scheduler/Lead Planner, to undertake the planning of service calls whilst supporting the development and growth of the customer service and planning team.The RoleYou''ll be the key link between customers, engineers, service partners and the technical team, helping to keep the service operation running smoothly. Managing incoming service enquiries and reported faults Booking and coordinating engineers and site visits Liaising with customers and arranging site access Managing warranty claims and service jobs Collaborating engineer reports, supporting documentation Arranging parts and deliveries to site Raising and managing purchase orders Keeping customers updated throughout the process Helping develop and improve service processes as the team growsYour ExperiencePrevious experience in Engineer Scheduling, Service Call Planning, Service Coordination, FM and Facilities Management or Technical Customer Service would be an advantage - along with:Highly organisedCapable of booking and managing multiple service callsConfident communicating with customers, engineers and contractors via phone and emailGood at chasing things and getting jobs completedCalm under pressure and able to prioritiseAble to ensure calls and jobs are completed, including chasing internal and external team membersComputer literate and confident using Microsoft OfficeProfessional, ..... full job details .....
