Call Centre Operative

Skilled Careers are recruiting on behalf of a well-established social housing contractor for a driven and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to work out of their Kings Norton Office This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective tenants , responding to enquiries, and arranging appointments for the field-based contractors to go and rectify. You''ll play a key role in supporting business growth while ensuring every tenant receives a professional and positive experience. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound tenant enquiries in a professional and engaging manner. • Contact tenants and following pre/post booked appointments • Qualify tenant requirements/issues and book appointments for engineers. • Build rapport with tenants and identify their needs through effective questioning. • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems accordingly. • Send relevant information and literature to engineers when required. • Achieve individual and team performance targets. • Manage follow-up activity to maximise appointment conversion rates. • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every tenant interaction.
