Call Centre Advisor

DK Recruitment are seeking a Call Centre Advisor to join a busy customer service team in Plymouth. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a confident telephone manner and good IT skills who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls.

• Record customer requests accurately and ensure jobs are allocated promptly.

• Monitor and chase outstanding jobs to ensure agreed targets and timescales are met.

• Provide a high level of customer service, keeping customers informed throughout the process.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure data is entered correctly into company systems.

• Follow company procedures and quality standards.

• Identify and escalate issues where further support or approval is required.

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

• Complete general administrative duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role.

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

• Confident using computers and customer management systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

• Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• A proactive approach, with the ability to use initiative when required.

• A reliable team player with a positive attitude.
