We are currently looking for a proactive and organised Call Centre Administrator to support our busy contact centre team in Wallington.Role OverviewAs a Call Centre Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the call centre. You will provide administrative support, assist with coordination of schedules, and help maintain high standards of customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the call centre team and managementManage and update internal systems, databases, and customer recordsAssist with scheduling and rota management for shift patternsMonitor call logs and generate performance reportsHandle inbound queries and support customer service activities when requiredEnsure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and compliantSupport onboarding and training administration for new startersLiaise with internal departments to ensure seamless communicationRequirementsPrevious experience in an administrative or call centre support roleStrong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systemsAbility to work in a fast-paced ..... full job details .....
