Calibration Technician Yolk Recruitment are supporting this recruitment campaign for a Calibration Technician to join an established technical business specialising in the calibration and repair of test equipment. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced Calibration Technician or an electrically qualified technician looking to develop their career in calibration, testing and repair.The role involves calibrating, testing and inspecting electrical and test and measurement equipment, carrying out fault finding and repairs, and maintaining accurate technical records and certification. Applications are welcomed from experienced technicians as well as junior candidates with relevant electrical or technical experience, including those who have recently completed an apprenticeship.As a Calibration Technician, you will work as part of the technical team carrying out calibration, testing, inspection and repair activities in line with company procedures, relevant standards and customer requirements.Key responsibilities:Carry out calibration, testing and inspection of electrical and test and measurement equipment.Use appropriate calibration standards, test equipment and software to complete technical work accurately.Diagnose faults and carry out repairs, adjustments and modifications within your level of competence.Ensure equipment meets the required specifications and customer requirements following calibration and repair.Produce calibration results, reports and certificates ..... full job details .....
