About the Role
A Calibration Technician or Engineer is required on a permanent basis in Corby, with a salary of £24,000 to £32,000 per annum. The role involves calibrating measuring equipment within a UKAS accredited laboratory, focusing on temperature, dimensional, torque, pressure, frequency, and vibration. Responsibilities include maintaining calibration records for traceability and audit compliance, liaising with suppliers for specialist calibration, and upholding certification. Candidates should hold a Degree, HND, HNC, NVQ or BTEC, alongside hands-on calibration experience, ideally with UKAS certification. IT and database proficiency are essential, with SAP experience considered an advantage. The role also supports improving procedures and meeting QHSE standards.
