Hunters'' client, a market-leading test and calibration laboratory, is seeking a Calibration Technician to join their expert team. This is a hands-on role working across multiple disciplines to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality in measurement standards.
 
Calibration Technician The Role

• Carry out calibrations across a range of instruments with precision and minimal supervision.
• Process calibration results and generate certificates with a focus on "first time right."
• Support continuous improvement and ISO17025 / ISO9001 accreditation.
• Modify rigs and systems to meet work instruction requirements.
• Communicate effectively with customers at a technical level.
• Work both in the lab and on-site at client locations across the UK when required.

• Experience in calibration, testing, or technical engineering.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of metrological instruments and calibration processes desirable.
• Positive, proactive and quality-focused.
