The Calibration and Test Lab Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the lab ensuring all calibration activities are performed to the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.The Calibration and Test Lab Manager role will initially combine hands on calibration activities with team management. It will involve overseeing, scheduling, resource allocation, and technical execution across a range of instruments, whilst maintaining full adherence to relevant quality standards. The Calibration and Test Lab Manager position will drive continuous improvement in processes, turnaround times, and measurement capability, while ensuring all equipment is properly maintained to the required standards.The Calibration and Test Lab Manager will lead the growth of the lab and will be responsible for the development and mentoring of a small team of technicians and engineers, through fostering a strong culture of quality and safety.
