Calibration and Maintenance Engineering Team Lead You will lead a calibration function where your team ensures critical test and measurement equipment is accurate, compliant and fully operational, giving you real ownership of technical standards and team output. This role gives clear responsibility for both people leadership and hands on technical oversight in a regulated engineering environment.What you will needHNC or HND or above in electronics engineering or equivalentProven experience managing engineering teams or leading technical staffStrong understanding of test and measurement equipment and calibration principlesExperience working to engineering standards and audit requirementsSalary and rewards £50,000 plus performance related bonus up to £2,500 per yearWhat you will be doingLeading a growing team of engineers and technicians within calibration and maintenanceOverseeing calibration and repair of commercial off the shelf (COTS) test and measurement equipmentManaging compliance with calibration standards and audit requirementsSupporting workload planning and delivery across laboratory operationsWorking with internal and external stakeholders to ensure service levels are metUsing systems such as Fluke METCAL for manual and automated calibrationsSkills and experienceStrong background in electronics engineering within a calibration or test environmentProven people management experience in an engineering settingKnowledge of calibration principles, calibration controls ..... full job details .....
