As Calf Collection Centre Manager, you''ll take responsibility for a calf collection unit in North West England, acting as the vital link between calf breeders, hauliers and calf rearers. On weekly collection days, you''ll be at the centre of the operation managing calf numbers, equipment, haulage and logistics, while ensuring every animal meets the required specifications. The rest of the week, you''ll be building relationships with farmers, organising supply and making sure everything is in place for the next collection. Responsibilities: Source calves from existing supplier farms and bring new local farmers into the scheme. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality and supply. Book in calves, manage transport documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
