CAFM Transformation Director - Salary TBC; likely to be c 120k+ A large UK FM business (c 2b T/O) is consolidating it''s national CAFM delivery service, from 4 current offerings to a new single provider. The project will begin this year with 2028 earmarked for completion. They need someone to lead the team on the design, build, implementation through to steady state.
