The ideal candidate loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and health and safety standards.Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed.Recruit, train, schedule, and manage café staff (baristas, servers, kitchen team).Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance feedback.Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and growth.Ensure excellent service standards and address customer concerns or feedback promptly.Engage with guests to enhance their experience and build customer loyalty
