Deli Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily
deli service and counter operations
Ensure excellent
presentation, freshness, and quality
of products
Lead and motivate the team, including
training and shift management
Manage
stock, ordering, and waste control
effectively
Deliver warm, knowledgeable
guest service
including tastings and recommendations
Uphold strict
food safety, allergen, and hygiene compliance (HACCP)
What Were Looking For
Previous
supervisory experience
in a deli, café, or specialty retail environment
Strong
product knowledge
(cheese, charcuterie, cured meats, salads)
Confident in
cash handling, POS, and daily reporting
A natural
team leader
with clear communication skills
Organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure
Flexible to work
early mornings, evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods
