Key Responsibilities:

• Launch & Lead: Take full ownership of the daily operations, setup, and growth of a brand-new cafe venture.

• Community Building: Act as the face of the cafe, fostering a welcoming, high-energy environment for freelancers and startups.

• Business Management: Oversee stock control, budgeting, supplier relationships, and compliance.

What we are looking for:

• A proven background in hospitality management (Cafe Manager, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant Supervisor).

• An entrepreneurial mindset - you treat the business as if it were your own.

• A passion for exceptional customer service and community engagement.

• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of costings and stock control.
