This is an opportunity to lead a vibrant café, overseeing the day-to-day running of the site, developing your team and driving a consistently high level of customer experience. As Café Chef Manager , your focus will be on the overall management and performance of the café. You’ll lead and develop the team, manage stock and rotas, oversee financial performance, support menu development and ensure excellent standards across food safety, hygiene and customer service.
