Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards. 	 Manage kitchen tasks independently when required. 	 Work collaboratively with the wider café team.   Person Specification  	 Previous experience in a chef, kitchen, or food preparation role. 	 Ability to work in a fast-paced café or catering environment. 	 Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 	 Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. 	 Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team.
