This is a part-time role working three days per week. Main Duties: Prepare and cook food in line with menu requirements and quality standards Support with food preparation and general kitchen duties Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and safety within the kitchen area Assist with the smooth running of the cafe during busy service periods Ensure stock is stored correctly and food preparation areas are kept organised Work efficiently as part of a small team while also using initiative when working independently Provide support with general cafe duties as required Essential Criteria: Previous experience working within a kitchen, cafe, catering or food preparation environment Food hygiene certificate Experience preparing and cooking food to a high standard Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team If your skills ma...
