Café Support Worker

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our friendly team at Courtyard Café in Horsforth, Leeds. This is a unique and rewarding role where you will support and empower people with learning disabilities to develop confidence and workplace skills in a warm, vibrant setting. As a Café Support Worker, you will be primarily based in the Courtyard Café. Your role will involve providing support to people with learning disabilities to experience employment and community involvement. Preparation of healthy, high-quality food and drinksMaintain excellent standards of food hygiene, and health and safetyEnsure efficient general running of the service.Work alongside the wider team to offer practical and emotional support to members as required. This is a part time role of 7.5 hours per week, which will be worked on Saturdays between 08:30-16:30.
