Caf Supervisor (Barista)Location: Lawrence Weston, BristolPay Rate: 15.56 per hourHours: Approximately 30 hours per week (5 x 6-hour shifts)Contract: Part-TimeWeekend Work RequiredAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Caf Supervisor to join a busy garden centre caf in Lawrence Weston. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional with strong barista skills and experience supervising a small team.You will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the caf , ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high food hygiene standards, managing stock levels, and supporting staff to deliver a smooth and efficient service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising the daily operation of the caf Leading, supporting, and motivating caf staffPreparing and serving high-quality coffees and speciality drinksMaintaining stock levels and placing orders when requiredEnsuring compliance with Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulationsCompleting and maintaining all required compliance paperworkMonitoring cleanliness, food safety, and customer service standardsAssisting with food preparation and service during busy periodsManaging opening and closing proceduresEssential RequirementsPrevious experience in a Caf Supervisor, Hospitality Supervisor, or similar management roleTrained Barista with hands-on coffee-making experienceFood Hygiene Level 2 Certificate (or above)Experience managing stock control and orderingKnowledge of Health and Safety and ..... full job details .....
