We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Café and Kitchen Supervisor to join our team! You will be joining at an extremely exciting time, as we embark on a transformational redevelopment of our park cafes at Grafham Water. What will you be doing? As a Café and Kitchen Supervisor, you''ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for our visitors. Whilst running our Front of House, you will also be required in the kitchen cooking and serving up deliciously prepared meals and fresh snacks, making barista coffees, or keeping our cafés clean and inviting, you''ll be the friendly face that helps make their day. As Grafham Water is operational 7 days a week, 52 weeks per year (excluding Christmas Day), you will need to be flexible to work across peak seasons, major events within the calendar and step in to help across multiple cafes where needed.
