CAD/Revit Coordinator Leading MandE Contractor Founded in 2013, my Client is an established Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) contractor delivering integrated MEP solutions across residential, commercial, educational, research and mixed-use developments. Operating across London and East Anglia, the Company provides a complete building services package, covering pre-construction, design and coordination, installation, testing and commissioning, and aftercare. They are seeking a CAD Coordinator to join their team at their Bury St Edmunds office. CAD/Revit Coordinator Leading MandE Contractor Duties: Production and modification of CAD / Revit models based on marked up drawings / provided information. Suitable training will be provided in-house and time can be allocated for external courses, as applicable. The candidate will work under the direct supervision of the CAD manager and Assistant CAD manager with the role also overseen by senior staff. Day-to-day tasks would include the production of design and fabrication drawings for mechanical and electrical building services covering a wide range of applications and projects. These will either be from marked-up drawings or the modification of existing drawings/ templates. Previous experience in the MandE field would be an advantage but not essential.
