Working on a range of innovative schemes including energy centres, district heating networks, heat pump installations, packaged plantrooms and prefabricated pipework systems , you will play a key role in developing coordinated BIM models, construction drawings and fabrication information from concept through to installation. This role would suit someone with a strong background in mechanical building services, BIM modelling or pipework fabrication design who is looking to work on technically challenging and sustainable infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities BIM & CAD Modelling Produce detailed 2D and 3D models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Develop coordinated mechanical plantroom, energy centre and pipework models.
