CAD Technician Rotherham, South Yorkshire 28,000- 32,000W Talent are exclusively supporting a large engineering and manufacturing business based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, who are looking to recruit a CAD Technician to join their growing design and technical team.This is an excellent opportunity for a CAD Technician with strong 2D and 3D CAD skills to work on a variety of engineering projects within a collaborative manufacturing environment, supporting designs from initial concept through to manufacture and installation.The Role - CAD TechnicianThe successful CAD Technician will work closely with internal teams to produce accurate technical drawings, support project delivery and ensure designs meet customer and manufacturing requirements. The role will involve creating and amending engineering drawings, maintaining project documentation and liaising with Sales, Contracts, Manufacturing and Installation teams to ensure designs are delivered accurately and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.Create and update general arrangement, fabrication, CNC and structural steelwork drawings.Maintain and manage project drawings using Vault.Amend existing drawings in line with project and customer requirements.Produce manufacturing lists and technical documentation.Support manufacturing and installation teams with technical drawings and design queries.Liaise with internal departments to ensure designs meet ..... full job details .....
