Cad Technician

CAD TechnicianLocation: IpswichJob Type: Temporary (3 Months)Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to FridaySalary: Up to 40 per hourWe are seeking an experienced CAD Technician to join a highly respected Engineering business based in Ipswich. This role requires a professional who is fully proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, as well as Autodesk Inventor. You will have the opportunity to work alongside both senior and apprentice CAD Technicians and a highly talented in-house engineering team.Day-to-day of the role:Create detailed designs and drawings using AutoCAD 2D and 3D, and Autodesk Inventor.Collaborate with the engineering team to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.Assist in the development and modification of designs for engineering projects.Ensure all CAD drawings and designs meet company standards and client specifications.Provide support to both senior and apprentice CAD Technicians in the team.Participate in project meetings and provide updates on drafting progress and design details.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a CAD Technician.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, and Autodesk Inventor.Excellent technical and engineering design skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with other team members.Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.To apply for this CAD Technician position, please submit your CV and a cover letter ..... full job details .....
