CAD Technician

We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician with strong AutoCAD experience to support the design and coordination of HVAC and ductwork systems for technically complex cleanroom, healthcare, and pharmaceutical projects. The role will involve producing high-quality mechanical drawings in line with stringent regulatory, safety, and performance requirements typical of controlled environments.You will work closely with mechanical engineers, project managers, and installers to ensure designs are accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed HVAC and ductwork layouts using AutoCAD for cleanroom, healthcare, and pharmaceutical facilitiesPrepare coordinated GA drawings, ductwork schematics, plantroom layouts, and sectionsDevelop designs in line with HTM, GMP, ISO cleanroom standards, and project specificationsCoordinate mechanical layouts with architectural, electrical, structural, and process servicesRevise and update drawings to reflect design development, RFIs, and site feedbackAssist engineers with clash resolution and constructability reviewsMaintain drawing registers and ensure document control procedures are followedSupport projects from concept and detailed design through to construction and handoverEnsure all drawings meet internal CAD standards and client requirementsEssential Skills and ExperienceProven experience as a CAD Technician producing mechanical / HVAC drawingsStrong working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D experience ..... full job details .....
