Duties for the role of CAD Technician include:

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop high-quality designs and technical drawings
• Produce detailed construction drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and associated details
• Attend site visits and undertake surveys to ensure designs and works meet relevant requirements
• Keep up to date with current industry standards, legislation, trends, and technical regulations

Skills and experience for the role of CAD Technician:

• Degree or relevant qualification in Architectural Technology, CAD, or a related discipline
• Relevant post-qualification experience gained within a UK-based practice or consultancy
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Excellent technical drawing and detailing abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience preparing and developing architectural drawings and technical specifications
• Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills
• Based within a commutable distance of Nottinghamshire
