Cad Technician

Know your way around AutoCAD and ready to put that experience to work on major commercial projects? Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an established electrical contractor based in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a CAD Technician on a full-time permanent basis. Culture and Environment This is an established and successful electrical contractor that has been operating for 30 years, specialising in the electrical design and fit-out of large-scale commercial premises. You''ll be joining a small in-house drawing team where you''ll work closely with colleagues and interact directly with company directors. It''s a fast-paced environment with multiple live projects, so you''ll have plenty of variety and the opportunity to take ownership of your workload. Personality We''re looking for someone technically confident who enjoys working at pace and can keep on top of multiple projects and changing priorities. You''ll be organised, proactive and comfortable managing deadlines, with strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused when things get busy. You''ll enjoy working as part of a smaller team where you can communicate directly with colleagues and play an important part in delivering projects successfully.
