The roleproduces, updates and manages drawings for the design and technical team, workingclosely with consultants and contractors. Key responsibilities Produce and revise 2D drawings: plans, sections, elevations, details and schedules. Prepare measured survey, existing and proposed drawings, including for listed buildingand planning applications. Mark up and incorporate design changes from the internal team, architects andconsultants. Prepare sales, marketing and space-planning layouts, including area schedules(NIA/GIA). Coordinate and check consultant and contractor drawings for consistency andclashes. Maintain drawing registers, revision control, title blocks and CAD standards. Manage drawing issue and filing on the common data environment. Produce presentation drawings and simple 3D views as required. Attend site occasionally to verify dimensions and as-built conditions.
