This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual with CAD experience and a background in construction, engineering, manufacturing, or precast concrete. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate flooring designs and estimates for precast concrete projects. Working closely with design, estimating, sales, production and project teams, you will interpret technical drawings, prepare take-offs, manage design revisions and help deliver projects within demanding timescales. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects while developing specialist knowledge within a well-established and growing business.
