The role involves supporting projects from concept through to detailed design and construction, working alongside engineers and multidisciplinary teams. Key responsibilities: Produce 2D and 3D CAD drawings, primarily using AutoCAD. Develop plans, sections, details and GA layouts from engineer mark-ups and survey information. Assist with survey reviews and design development. Support CAD/BIM queries and drawing issues. Work to company quality and industry standards. Key requirements: Experience using 2D CAD, ideally AutoCAD. Understanding of civil engineering principles and terminology. Good IT and Microsoft Office skills. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to deliver accurate work to deadlines. Desirable: Water/wastewater or drainage experience. Knowledge of UK water industry standards, CIWEM or CESWI. Experience with CDE platforms. 3D CAD experience, such as Civil 3D or Revit. Understanding of CDM Regulations.
