Location: Doncaster | Salary: £30000 - £35000/annum | Type: Permanent | CAD Design Technician Doncaster Mon – Thurs 08.00am – 17.00pm, Friday 08.00am – 16.30pm Salary Dependent on Experience Are you a skilled CAD technician with a passion for mechanical design and innovation? Benefits Package: Competitive salary based on experience 20 days annual holiday + Bank Holidays Extra holiday on your birthday Long service holiday scheme Pension contribution scheme Ongoing training and development As a CAD Design Technician, you will: Produce detailed mechanical component, assembly, and structural drawings Create accurate 3D models and BOMs Work on standard and bespoke machinery designs Collaborate with sales, production, and installation teams Occasionally visit client sites to assist with surveys Candidate Requirements: HNC or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Proficiency in 3D CAD (preferably Autodesk Inventor, but SolidWorks/Solid Edge considered) Knowledge of mechanical and structural engineering Familiarity with manufacturing processes Proficient in Microsoft Office
