Cad Technician

Our client, an architects based in Surrey, has an immediate opportunity for an experienced professional.

The position offers an experienced individual to take a pivotal role in project running management and technical delivery.

They are seeking an experienced professional, with good commercial experience in technically delivering projects-through various detailed work stages.

Successful candidates will be self-motivated, able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, and comfortable taking responsibility for coordinating and delivering projects tasks.

They welcome applications from professionals across a range of roles, including-architects, interior architects and architectural technologists-provided they have relevant experience in the technical delivery.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience of technically delivering-architectural projects
• Strong working knowledge of-current UK Building Regulations
• Ability to-prepare NBS specifications and compile Scope of Works
• Proficiency in-Word, Excel and Revit is a must
• Excellent-organisation and communication skills
• Ability to-manage workload and meet project deadlines
