CAD Support OfficerLocation: Moorgate, LondonSalary: 40,000 per annumWorking Arrangement: Fully office-basedAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CAD Support Officer to join a busy Credit Administration team within a financial services environment.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in credit administration, lending operations or credit documentation to play a key role in supporting the full credit administration lifecycle, from post-approval through to post-completion.You will work closely with internal teams, including Credit, Business, Operations and Remedial, as well as external solicitors and valuers, ensuring lending facilities are administered efficiently, documentation is completed accurately, and all processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.The lending portfolio primarily comprises residential and commercial real estate finance, alongside SME working capital, trade finance and Islamic finance facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesCredit Administration - Post-ApprovalObtain fee quotations from panel solicitors for lease reviews, consents, discharges, releases and other legal requirements.Coordinate solicitor appointments in collaboration with business teams and clients.Liaise with solicitors and valuers to monitor progress, resolve issues and ensure matters are completed within agreed timescales.Keep internal stakeholders informed of progress and escalate issues where appropriate.Maintain accurate ..... full job details .....
