Overview

My client is seeking a skilled CAD / Revit Technician to support the production of detailed construction and remediation drawings across a portfolio of residential and fa-ade remediation projects.

You will play a key role in translating design intent into coordinated, buildable technical information.

Key Responsibilities of this CAD/REVIT role:

• Produce high-quality technical drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Develop detailed fa-ade remediation solutions, including cavity barriers, fire stopping, and cladding interfaces
• Coordinate drawing outputs with design, fire, and structural teams
• Prepare drawing packages for planning, Building Regulations approval, and construction
• Assist with as-built information and survey data integration
• Ensure all drawings comply with current Building Regulations and project specifications

Requirements of this CAD/REVIT role:

• Strong AutoCAD skills (Revit experience advantageous)
• Experience producing detailed construction drawings
• Understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
• Experience in residential or fa-ade-related projects desirable
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work within a team environment
