Are you a CAD Manager with a manufacturing background looking to join a rapidly expanding business, where you will lead a small team and play a key role in delivering large-scale projects for a range of high-profile clients, while benefiting from clear progression opportunities into senior management positions?

In this role, you will oversee a close-knit CAD team, managing workloads and coordinating bespoke fabrication projects from concept through to completion. You will be responsible for reviewing and approving technical drawings, maintaining the drawing register, contributing to R&D initiatives and developing new product designs, while also providing ongoing technical guidance and support to the wider team.

This opportunity would suit a CAD Manager with AutoCAD experience who is looking to progress within a growing business that offers long-term development into more senior leadership positions.

The Role

• Lead and support a small CAD team in the successful delivery of bespoke manufacturing projects
• Review, check and approve technical drawings and designs
• Contribute to research and development projects, including the creation of new designs
• Work closely with production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (39 hours per week)

The Person

• CAD Manager or similar
• Experience with AutoCAD
• Manufacturing background
