CAD Manager Working arrangement: 3 days per week from the office, 2 days from home Location: South Essex Rate - £45 - £55 per hour IR35 status - To be determined, but likely inside IR35 Contract duration - 6 months initially Role Overview A leading infrastructure project is seeking an experienced CAD Manager to support the delivery of a major highways project in the south east. This is a key role responsible for managing Engineering Survey CAD operations, ensuring high-quality CAD data production, maintaining project standards and supporting effective collaboration between engineering, surveying and design teams.The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, develop CAD processes and workflows, and ensure that all survey and design information is accurately processed, managed and delivered in line with project requirements, client specifications and industry standards. Key Responsibilities As CAD Manager, you will: Act as the key interface between Engineering Surveying, Engineering and Design teams to ensure the correct CAD data is being utilised and that all teams are working to the required standards and procedures. Oversee Engineering Survey CAD operations, providing technical guidance and supporting the project team with efficient CAD delivery.
