We''re looking for an experienced CAD Manager to lead and support an established Building Services CAD team in West Sussex.

You''ll take responsibility for a team of three intermediate CAD Engineers, providing the technical guidance, structure and day-to-day support they need to continue developing. It''s a great fit for an experienced CAD professional who enjoys the people and technical side of management, rather than stepping away from the drawings completely.

What you''ll be doing

• Managing and supporting a team of CAD Engineers
• Providing technical guidance and reviewing CAD outputs
• Overseeing Building Services coordination
• Maintaining CAD standards and quality across projects
• Supporting the development of intermediate team members
• Remaining hands-on with CAD and coordination where required

What we''re looking for

• Strong AutoCAD / AutoCAD MEP experience
• Building Services / MEP background
• Previous CAD management, team leadership or mentoring experience
• Strong coordination knowledge
• Confidence reviewing and improving technical outputs
• Ideally able to regularly access the West Sussex office, although greater flexibility may be considered for the right person
