This role would suit a skilled designer with a strong background in producing residential layouts, site plans and masterplans, who is looking to join a collaborative team working across a variety of new-build housing and apartment developments. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and well-considered layouts from initial concepts through to planning submission, working closely with planning and technical professionals throughout the process. You will play a key role in creating practical and visually strong residential schemes, ensuring designs meet planning requirements, project specifications and deadlines. The Role: Prepare detailed site layouts and residential drawings using AutoCAD. Develop masterplans and housing layouts for new-build residential developments.
