CAD Designer

CAD Designer/Operator 12 Months Inside IR35 4 days per week onsite in London (Travel to project sites required) Please Note: Due to the nature of the work, this role requires working in a highly secure environment and applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain a high level of UK security clearance The Role As a CAD Operator, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining accurate technical drawings and plans using industry-standard software. You will play a key role in translating field data, sketches, and technical specifications into detailed 2D and 3D designs. Key Responsibilities Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software (eg, AutoCAD, SolidWorks)Interpret field sketches, specifications, and technical data into precise designsRevise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers and project managersEnsure all drawings comply with relevant industry standards and regulationsMaintain organised records of drawings and project documentationCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project deadlinesConduct quality checks to identify and resolve design errors Required Skills andamp; Experience Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or RevitStrong understanding of technical drawing principles and standardsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to read and interpret engineering or architectural drawingsStrong communication and teamwork skills Desirable Skills Experience within construction, ..... full job details .....
