This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys producing detailed drawings, preparing quotations and working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This varied role combines design, estimating and project coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working on bespoke fabrication projects from initial enquiry, through to quotation.The Role As CAD Designer / Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings, preparing cost estimates and supporting customers and colleagues throughout the quotation process. Key responsibilities include:Producing detailed AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks drawings and associated technical calculations.Preparing accurate estimates from architectural and technical drawings.Creating customer quotations using the company''s CRM system.Obtaining supplier quotations where required.Managing new enquiries received from customers and internal teams.Maintaining accurate project records and ensuring CRM information is kept up to date.Providing technical support to colleagues ..... full job details .....
