This role sits between CAD production and early-stage design support, assisting the team through RIBA Stage 3. It is not a lead design role but requires a working understanding of building services systems. Key Responsibilities Production of M&E drawings using AutoCAD (Revit beneficial) Supporting the development of designs through RIBA Stages 2–3 Assisting with mechanical services layouts (HVAC, plant rooms, distribution) Working from engineer input to help develop coordinated and buildable designs Contributing to performance specifications and technical documentation Liaising with internal teams to support project delivery and coordination Required Experience Background in M&E / Building Services, with a mechanical bias preferred Experience as a CAD Technician or Junior/Interme...
