CAD Coordinator

We''re looking for an experienced CAD Coordinator with a strong ductwork / Building Services background to join a growing contractor with a busy pipeline of projects across London and Surrey.

The business is open to both permanent and contract candidates, so whether you''re looking for your next long-term move or a solid Outside IR35 contract, we''d like to hear from you.

You''ll spend around 3 days per week in the Dartford office and 2 days on project sites.

What you''ll be doing

• Producing and coordinating ductwork CAD drawings
• Supporting Building Services projects through detailed delivery
• Coordinating drawings with wider MEP services
• Working closely with project and site teams
• Resolving drawing and coordination issues
• Supporting projects across London and Surrey

What we''re looking for

• Strong CAD experience - essential
• Previous ductwork experience
• Building Services / MEP contractor experience
• Good understanding of construction-stage coordination
• Active CSCS card desirable
• Able to work between Dartford and project sites

Permanent or Contract

Permanent: -45,00055,000 + strong bonus potential
Contract: -2430 per hour, initial 6 months
