The role will manage engineering projects from customer order through to manufacture, providing technical support across Engineering, Production and Quality. The successful candidate will have strong experience with Siemens NX CAD/CAM and Siemens Sinumerik CNC controls . Key Responsibilities of a CAD CAM Engineer Manage engineering projects from purchase order through to completion. Interpret customer drawings, specifications and technical documentation. Develop manufacturing strategies for complex components. Create and modify 3D models using Siemens NX . Produce efficient CNC programs using Siemens NX CAM . Program and support 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining , including milling and turning. Optimise cutting strategies, tooling, feeds, speeds and machining cycles.
