Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Hours: Part-time
Contract: Long-term opportunity, with the potential to become permanent

We are looking for a dedicated CACHE Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a nursery setting in the Tonbridge area on a part-time basis.

The Role

You will play an important role in providing a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and develop.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting children''s learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Following the EYFS framework to support children''s progress.
• Creating a warm, inclusive and welcoming environment.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Supporting children''s personal, social and emotional development.
• Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed.
• Contributing to observations, assessments and children''s developmental records.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
• Has experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• Has a genuine passion for supporting children''s development.
• Has good communication and teamwork skills.
• Is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive.
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
